Make It Work For You

I believe there is no one way all people should eat to be as healthy and happy as possible.  At IIN, they refer to this as bio-individuality.

What works for one person, might not work for someone else.  I’ve seen people thrive off of a vegan diet, while others couldn’t.  Some feel better with large portions of lean protein, while some feel consuming fats is more important.  However, as long as you are eating clean, whole, unprocessed foods, I think it’s hard to go wrong.  It’s a matter of tuning into your body, and finding what fuels you best.

I like to cook with a variety of foods, and will try to point out (labelled as MIWFY) how most of my ideas can be customized to suit your eating preferences.  Enjoy!
